Removing broken, cracked, and crumbling asphalt, and replacing it with fresh asphalt is beneficial in many ways. It reduces the chance of potholes forming, it reduces the chance of accidents (both automotive and pedestrian), and it is more visually appealing.

In the event that you do have a pothole form, wether it is from frost action, high traffic, or too heavy a load moving over a section. We can repair it with a hot or cold asphalt mix (dependant on the season and temperature), and then compact it with a heavy vibratory plate or steamroller.

If your lot has fallen into a state where small patching is not enough, we do resurface lots. It is a more involved process which requires removal of the old asphalt, leveling, replacing (as needed) the base layer, then compacting it. Then repaving the lot, which includes pouring the asphalt, then compacting it so that it reaches the proper depth. After it is poured and set, we then seal the edges so that it has a proper seal.

We supply, install, and remove broken parking blocks. We use concrete or rubber blocks as per your specification and haul away the broken blocks which are being replaced.
